Materials for Family STEM Night Challenges

Tower Challenge Activity:

• 100 toothpicks

• Modeling clay or Play Doh

Lava Lamps:

• Clear plastic or glass container (mason jar or empty plastic bottle)

• Vegetable oil or baby oil (enough to fill ⅔ of the container)

• Food coloring

• Alka Seltzer tablet

• Water (enough to fill ⅓ of the container)
